Payment is due in full to allow the design process to begin. This payment will be made via PAYPAL.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Most orders ship within 5-7 business days of purchase (Ex: Business Cards, Flyers, etc). For larger quantities and more complex orders please allow 7-14 business days for shipping and handling (Ex: Invitation, Tri-Fold Brochures, Banners, etc).
Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays. We ship within the USA via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Next Day Air. All orders include delivery confirmation. Priority Mail has a 2-3 day delivery time from the time it leaves our warehouse, and is generally very fast. UPS Next Day Air arrives by 10:30 AM the next business day (Monday through Friday.) Standard UPS Next Day Air does not included weekend delivery. To ensure next-day delivery, please place your order prior to 12pm PST. We recommend signature confirmation for all orders shipped to commercial addresses. Please contact us to request this, and this case we will adjust your invoice to reflect the upgraded shipping rate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service or UPS.
If for any reason a customer decides to not accept an order or requests a refund due to uncontrollable reasons they will be charged a design fee of $45 for all free designs and a possible restocking fee of $15.
Customized Apparal Items
Due to the limited nature of these items, all customized clothing, are non-returnable. These custom returns must be postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable and insured mail. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. Please do not purchase custom items to try on and return, as we provide accurate measurements for each piece. We maintain detailed photos and inspect each item carefully, so please be aware when requesting a return.
Shipping is non- refundable except in cases where we have made an error.
CUSTOM DESIGNS & PRINTING
All custom designs and printing are non-refundable. If for any reason a customer decides to not print a custom design and requests a refund they will be charged a design fee of $45 for all free designs per each item. No store credits or exchanges on custom designs. Custom Designs are Final Sales.
